- To respond to your request and provide quotes, scheduling, and service.
- To send your submission to our own team by email and text so no request is missed.

Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you by text about your request, quote, scheduling, and service. You can also separately opt in to marketing texts (seasonal tips, open delivery dates, and offers) by checking the optional box on our form.
- Consent is per-purpose and optional for marketing. Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of getting a quote or buying anything from us.
- Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call or email us to be removed.
- We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business (listed below), and only as needed to operate — or when required by law.

We use trusted third parties to operate the site and serve you. Each only receives what it needs for its job, and handles your data under its own privacy and security terms:
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager) — website analytics and advertising measurement.
- Titan Email — sending and receiving our business email.
- MoonClerk & Stripe — secure checkout and recurring billing for Compostia subscriptions (your card details go to Stripe, not to us).
- SMS delivery providers (such as Twilio or carrier email-to-SMS gateways) — delivering text notifications.
- Hostinger — website and email hosting.
Cookies & tracking
Our advertising and analytics tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Data retention & security
We keep request and contact information only as long as needed to serve you and run our records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we treat your information with care.
Children’s privacy
Our site and services are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
